Background to Lamajo Education and Training Consultants
Lamajo are an education and training organisation based in Swansea,
South Wales, specialising in the field of Equality and Cultural Diversity,
and Management Skills Training.
Lamajo specialises in designing and delivering a broad range of training
programmes specifically designed and implemented to meet key clients
specific needs. Courses are focused upon two specific ‘streams’ – Equality
and Diversity, including Disability Equality Training, Equality and Diversity,
Impact Assessment, Bullying and Harassment, and Race Awareness training, and, Management
Skills Training - including Team building, Confidence and Assertiveness,
Teambuilding and Motivation, Negotiation, and Supply Chain Management.
