This
practical course provides skills and a broad based approach to promoting
the social and economic inclusion of groups who experience marginalisation
or exclusion on grounds of race and ethnicity, religion, gender and sexuality
and disability.
Managing diversity defines and encourages effective management process
for creating an environment that enables all members of a workforce to
be equally valued and productive and to reach their full potential. The
course will also identify the areas in which organisations need consider
to be compliant with the Race Relations (Ammendment) Act 2000.
