The
Lamajo training style and approach is thought provoking, innovative and
interactive. Lamajo believe in creating an environment that is non-threatening,
fun, activity based and encourages positive group dynamics and interaction.
We aim to incorporate different learning styles, and sessions include work in ‘focus groups’ in a non-confrontational atmosphere. Lamajo training sessions raise awareness and encourage participants to adopt an open-minded approach whilst positively challenging perceptions and assumptions.
The sessions are fun and provide a firm foundation for sharing best practice.
The use of these training styles will encourage and nurture creativity,
and encourage participants to take ownership and responsibility for their
own development, whilst also challenging participants to understand the
effective role they can (and must) play within their own organisation.
In order to achieve optimum clarity and understanding, the Lamajo facilitators
will provide a full de-brief and review following each activity.
